CHICKEN OR TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 2 cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 can peas
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Boil chicken; take meat off bone. Cut chicken into small pieces. Mix chicken or tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas and 1 1/2 cups of cheese in casserole dish. (Less or more cheese may be used if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until hot. Add remaining cheese to top of casserole and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
