6 sm. bananas Salt 1/2 c. milk Sugar 1 c. flour 1 lg. egg Oil for frying Sift the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and break the egg. Add half the liquid and beat with wooden spoon. Gradually add the rest of the liquid until batter is blended with the consistency of heavy cream. If time permits, let batter stand 1 hour. |
