1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk, with 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda mixed in

Cream shortening, sugar and add eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix. Sprinkle with mix of 1/4 cup nuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
