BEANS PALYA 
500 grams frozen french style beans
2 tbsp. grated coconut
Salt to taste

For Tempering:

2 tsp. oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. black gram dhal
1 tsp. bengal gram dhal
1 red chili, halved
1/2 tsp. asafoetida powder
Few curry leaves

Heat 2 tsp. oil and add all the ingredients for tempering. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the beans, salt, and 2 Tbsp. of water.

Cover with a lid and cook on a high heat until the beans is tender.

Add the grated coconut. Mix well.
