CHOCOLATE CUSTARD PIE 
1 egg, well beaten
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Pinch of salt
Butter (lumps the size of walnuts, melted, is better)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour into uncooked pie crust; bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until pie crust is brown and mixture has thickened. Makes one pie. Double recipe for 2 pies.
