MOCHA FROSTING 
1/3 c. butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 c. strong, cold coffee

Cream butter to consistency of mayonnaise. Add half the sugar gradually while continuing to cream. Add chocolate. Mix well. Add chocolate, mix well. Add remaining sugar gradually. Add coffee 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting is fluffy and easy to spread. Makes enough to fill and frost a 2 layer cake.
