MOTHER FREY'S BAR-B-QUE BEEF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar (apple cider)
1/4 c. sugar (or less to taste)
1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onions, (steamed)

Mix altogether and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve as a platter with cornbread or on a roll or over an English muffin.
