BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE III 
4 1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 4 slices American cheese

Cook rice; set aside. Cook broccoli and drain; set aside. Sauté celery in butter until tender. Combine soup, milk and cheese. Stir in rice, broccoli and celery. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
