MINI BANANA PANCAKES 
2 ripe bananas, peeled
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 rounded tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut banana in pieces and puree in blender. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine dry ingredients. Fold in banana mixture just until blended. Pour batter on hot greased griddle two tablespoons at a time. Cook each side until brown. Serve with favorite syrup. About 36 small pancakes.
