3 1/4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. water

Mix flour and shortening together until flaky. Mix egg, vinegar, water, pour over flour mixture. Mix until real moist and can roll out easily on floured board.
