PINTO BEAN DIP 
1 cooked mashed pintos, either home-cooked or canned
4 oz. can green chilies
1 tbsp. chopped onion
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 sm. tomato, chopped
Dash hot pepper sauce

Combine ingredients in small crock pot or fondue and heat until warm and cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips.
