PINTO BEAN CREAM CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. mashed pinto beans
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Mix all above and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with below: Boil 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon white corn syrup for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and add 1 box powdered sugar. A little milk may be added to make spreading easy.

This is another frosting you can use:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Soften cheese and butter - mix all and spread on cake.
