PINTO BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 med. green pepper (chopped)
1 c. chopped celery
1 can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
5 slices cheese
Salt and pepper

Brown beef in hot grease. Mix beef, chopped onion, green pepper, celery, soup and pinto beans in large bowl. Place in large casserole and top with slices of cheese. Cook in 325°F oven for 45 minutes.
