MEXICAN PUDDING 
1 box raisins
1 lb. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 loaves bread, toasted
1 lb. cheese
1/2 lb. pecans

Boil together raisins and sugars. Alternate layers of bread, cheese, pecans and raisin mixture in casserole. 8-12 servings.
