MEXICAN DIP 
1 container of 8 oz. cream cheese
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 can chopped olives
1 lg. jar salsa
1 bag Monterey Jack cheese

Chop tomatoes and onion. In casserole dish spread 1/2 cream cheese, layer 1/2 tomatoes and 1/2 onion and 1/2 olives on top of cream cheese. Spread 1/2 salsa over. Then Monterey Jack cheese. Layer again in exact order. Cook in microwave 6 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
