2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 can Hormel chili (with or without beans), soup can size 1 jar Ortega Thick and Chunky Salsa (12 oz. size) Spread cream cheese on bottom of microwavable pan. Spread on a layer of chili, then a layer of salsa. Then add chopped onions, sliced olives, and grated cheddar cheese to taste. Microwave until melted and hot and serve immediately. |
