SUMMER SQUASH MEDLEY 
2 tsp. butter
Vegetable cooking spray
1 2/3 c. sliced yellow squash
1 2/3 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. julienne cut red peppers
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in a large non stick skillet coated with spray. Add squash, zucchini and peppers. Saute over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
