MOLDED WALDORF SALAD 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1/2 c. light raisins
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. diced unpeeled apples

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water and let partially set. Add remaining ingredients and let set until firm. Serve with a teaspoon of salad dressing or mayonnaise as desired. Serves 12 or 15.
