1 pkg. vanilla or French vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
4-5 drops peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips

Find container with tight lid that won't leak. Put pudding mix in container. Pour 1/2 cup milk over powder. Stir to mix; add peppermint extract and stir. Add the other 1 1/2 cups milk. Put lid on container and shake for 1 minute. Open container add 4 drops of green coloring (or 3 blue and 3 yellow). Stir until pudding is all green. Put container in refrigerator for 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir.
