CRAB MOUSSE SPREAD 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 chopped green onions & tops
8 oz. or 12 oz. can crab
1 c. mayonnaise
A short of Tabasco sauce (opt.)

Dilute gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water. Heat soup. Add gelatin. Beat until smooth. Add rest in. Mix well. Pour into greased mold and set 6 hours. Serve with crackers. Add Tabasco for zip.
