MEXICAN COLESLAW 
4 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
2 tsp. wine garlic vinegar
2 tsp. salad oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients in order listed. Refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
