CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Use fresh or frozen broccoli. Cook in salted water until barely tender. Put in buttered casserole.

Cook chicken breasts, debone and cut into chunks. Put on top of broccoli. Add salt and pepper and a little parsley. Put Swiss cheese slices on top.

Cover with 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 can cream of chicken soup (mixed together) in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered.

Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and bake, uncovered 10 more minutes.
