COUNTRY BLUEBERRY CAKES 
1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar

Drain blueberries from muffin mix, following label directions. Beat egg with fork in medium-sized bowl. Stir in water. Quickly blend in dry ingredients from mix. Pour into a greased baking pan (8 x 8 x 2 inches). Spoon dried blueberries over top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 35 minutes or until golden. Better if served warm.
