CHOCOLATE SWIRL CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate, melt and cool
1/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Combine graham crackers, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9 inch spring form pan.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time; add vanilla and lemon juice. Measure out 2 cups of cheese mixture and fold into cooled chocolate. Spread HALF of remaining plain cheese mixture over graham cracker crumbs in pan.

Spoon chocolate cheese mixture and plain cheese mixture alternately into pan. Zigzag spatula through batter to marble. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn off oven leaving cake in for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Chill in refrigerator.
