CREAM ICING 
4 tbsp. sifted flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (no substitutes)
1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. vanilla

Over low heat make a paste with flour and milk. Let cool. Cream butter, Crisco and sugar well. Add vanilla and flour paste. Beat until like whipped cream. Frost cool Red Velvet Cake.
