CHICKEN AND RICE 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup or another can of cream chicken soup

1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. mushrooms

1 tbsp. dry minced onion
Pinch Rosemary and basil

Chicken in baking dish. cover with mixture of remaining ingredients. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 2 hours. Gravy goes very well over rice.
