MUSTARD RIBS 
2 lbs. country style spare ribs
2 med. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown ribs over medium heat. Place meat and onion slices in 2 quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients; pour on meat. Cover tightly and bake until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. NOTE: Can use beef short ribs too.
