ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sweet milk

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add beaten eggs, one at a time, beating each in thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients alternately with milk and flavoring.

Bake in 3 layers at 375°F about 30 minutes. Fill and frost as desired.
