BARB'S IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend 30 seconds at low speed. Pour into ungreased 10 inch pie tin. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
