1 pot roast
1 jar barbeque sauce (any kind)
Water

put roast and 1 full jar of barbeque sauce in crock pot. Add water; let cook for 8-10 hours. Be sure to add water throughout the cooking time so that the roast won't dry out. Potato salad for side dish.
