JAMBALAYA - CAJUN 
Leftover cooked rice
Meat and gravy and vegetables (limas, kidney beans, snap beans, peas, carrots,
most leftover cooked vegetables)
Bell pepper, diced
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes
Chives, chopped

Spray Dutch oven with Pam. Add diced "Zarbage" to pot and saute until "Zarbage" wilts. Add diced leftover meat and stir fry a few minutes more. Add gravy and leftover vegetables. Season to taste. Heat thoroughly. Serve with hot garlic bread and green salad.
