APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
CAKE:

2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 two-layer spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins

Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes. Add apple and raisins. Put in 9x13 pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. Touch of Butter Spread
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Blend spread and extract, gradually add sugar, beating at high speed until light and fluffy. Spread on cake.
