CHOCOLATE BAKE 
Bake at 365 to 375 degrees.

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

1 stick butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil

Bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Beat well. Then add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat together and pour in large cookie sheet.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 1/2 tsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Bring to a boil and add 1 box powdered sugar (3 cups). Beat until smooth. Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on cake while still warm.
