ORIENTIAL SALAD 
1 1/2 head lettuce
1 breast of chicken, boiled and shredded
4 green onions cut in 2 inch lengths and halved lengthwise
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 oz. dry Chinese noodles (not rice noodles)

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. wine-garlic vinegar
1 level tsp. salt
1 level tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. white or black pepper
1/4 c. salad oil

Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly before adding to salad mix and toss.
