1 lg. box Velveeta cheese (melted in oven or microwave)
1 lg. jar pimento
2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's is best)
Black pepper to taste

Mix well and this makes the most delicious sandwiches. This keeps in refrigerator real good.
