MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. box Doritos, crushed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 chicken, boned

In a 13 x 9 inch pan, line half of the Doritos and add bite size chicken pieces. Top with the soup, tomatoes, then cheese. Sprinkle top with remaining Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
