1 lb. fettucini egg noodles 1/4 lb. butter 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 pt. heavy cream 1 beaten egg Freshly ground pepper In large frying pan, over lowest possible flame, melt butter. Add cheese, cream, salt and pepper. Add hot, freshly cooked noodles, drained, into pan. Add beaten egg and mix all together over high flame thoroughly. Add fresh grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper. Serve hot! Enjoy! |
