SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
5 sm. mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drain
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drain
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

CELERY SEED DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil

Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves, pat dry and tear into bite size pieces. Combine spinach, mushrooms, onions, pineapple and mandarin oranges in a large bowl. Sprinkle with bacon and serve with dressing.

Dressing: Mix dry ingredients; add vinegar and oil - begin and end with oil. Mix with blender or mixer. Salad serves 8.
