PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 c. oil 1 box pistachio pudding (3 1/2 oz.) mix, instant 1/2 c. chopped pecans 3 eggs (add 1 at a time) 1 c. club soda Add above ingredients, beating well after each addition. Pour into well greased Bundt pan or other tube pan (12 cup capacity). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. FROSTING: 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. soft butter 3 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Few drops green food coloring Cake is good without frosting too. |
