MIX VEGETABLE MEATBALL SOUP 
FOR MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground lean meat
1 egg
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 sm. garlic, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine the above ingredients and shape into meatballs. Bake until browned or you can fry this in a little fat until nicely browned. Transfer to saucepan and add 8 cups water over meat. Bring to a slow boil and simmer covered for about 45 minutes to 1 hour and add this: 1/2 c. diced carrots 1 sm. diced onions 1 c. green beans 1 c. diced tomatoes, seeded Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c. chopped parsley
