CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Confectioners' sugar

Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended; add sugar and cream until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Sift together flour and salt; blend into creamed mixture.

Spoon batter into a bundt pan that has been greased and floured. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
