CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 pkgs. cherry Jello
3 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped celery
3 c. sliced fresh cranberries
3 oranges (rinds and all)
2 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Chop pecans, celery, and cranberries. Set aside. Mix Jello with 3 cups hot water. Allow Jello to almost set. Add fruit, sugar, salt, and pecans. Chill until firm. This salad is delicious with holiday meals.
