MIGAS 
1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
1/2 onion
4 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Dice the onion and cut the tortillas into pieces. Fry them in the oil until slightly brown. Add the tomatoes and peppers. Then add eggs and stir until they're done. Serves four.
