CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. can Ortega green chilies, chopped
1 lb. jack cheese, grated

Beat together by hand the above ingredients and put in a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
