CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced (white meat is best)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced pickle, dill
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients, add more mayo and sour cream if needed. Season to taste and chill. Serve on lettuce leaf or in hollowed out tomato.
