STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. fresh mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped mushroom stems
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. finely grated cheese
3-4 slices bacon, drained and crumbled

Take stems off mushrooms, wash and wipe dry. Chop onions and stems finely. Saute 1/2 stick butter, chopped stems and onion. After sauteing, add 1 cup bread crumbs - stir - add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and 3/4 cup cheese. Also add bacon bits. Fill cups and arrange on aluminum lined cookie sheet. Bake at 325 until brown.
