PORK SAUSAGE AND WILD RICE | |
1 onion, thinly sliced 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped 3 lb. bulk sausage 2 c. wild rice, cooked 2 cans cream of chicken soup Saute onions and mushrooms. Add sausage. Simmer 30 minutes, pour off grease. Add rice and soup. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 8 servings. |
