PECAN CHESS PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. plain flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
