CRANBERRY CROWN JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1/8 tsp. cinnamon, optional
Dash cloves, optional
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 lg. tart apple, finely chopped
2/3 c. chopped walnuts, optional

Dissolve gelatin, cinnamon and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in apple and nuts. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours or make p.m. before unmold.
