QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together dry ingredients, cut in butter. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well.

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour 1/2 of the batter into greased 9x12 cake pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the filling. Add rest of the batter and sprinkle remaining filling. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be made up ahead of time and kept in refrigerator for several days before baking.
